Digital Photgraphy

We learned how to make pictures look very professional. Yesterday we went out to take some fotos around our School. We learned how to use some tools on the camera that we never used before. I learned how to focus and reframe an object which makes it look better because the picture that you reframe and focus stand out a bit from all others around.

We learned what rule of thirds was. The rule of thirds is a chart which is split into 3 coloums and 3 rows. The rule of thirds is used to make the picture look prettier and proffesional. To use the tule of thirds you should try and make sure that the main object that you are focussing on one of the points. On the Picture above you can see that the tree is the main object but there are also two other objects in the picture. The tree is put up into the right hand corner.

We also learned that we have to take a lot of fotos because there is a higher chance that one foto is good if you take so many fotos. You should try and change the way you hold the camera or maybe put a slight tilt into it to make it look a bit more intresting. The more you experiment with your camera the more likely you wil have a picture that looks like you wan it.

To get a better picture you should maybe get closer to your object so you have a better view from it. Getting close can make your picture look prettier.
